Job Title: User Experience (UX) Research Intern
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: 20-30 hours a week for 10 Weeks
Compensation: $30/hr

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented User Experience Research Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various research methodologies, preparing you for a future role as a UX Researcher. You will work closely with our senior researchers, contributing to projects that influence real-world product designs. Note: this is an in-person internship at our new office in Glendale (720 S Colorado Blvd), but a portion of the interview process may take place at our current location in Cherry Creek (3300 E. 1st Ave).
Activities and responsibilities will be collaboratively decided with the intern and may include:
- Assist in Research Planning: Collaborate in creating research plans and designing studies to assess user interactions.
- Conduct Usability Testing: Participate in both moderated and unmoderated usability tests, gathering qualitative and quantitative data.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of user data to identify patterns and insights.
- Report Generation: Help in compiling findings into comprehensive reports, including actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to communicate research insights effectively.
Who Should Apply: We are interested in a wide variety of candidates from any discipline. You’d be a good fit if you:
- Have obtained, or are currently pursuing, a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field
- Have strong skills in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have basic experience with research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, UserTesting)
- Have strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
