Mobile Usability Testing
Usability testing involves having a representative set of real people (users) try to accomplish actual tasks. With the increasing importance of mobile apps and websites, there’s a strong need to evaluate the mobile user experience.
We use a combination of moderated-in-person testing and unmoderated testing to understand the problems and opportunities in the mobile experience.
Mobile moderated studies can have an emphasis on finding and fixing problems (formative evaluation) or can be metrics and performance based (summative or benchmark evaluation ).
