Product Description
Retrospective and task-based study of 360 participants’ experiences using 6 popular home furniture websites: Ashley, Crate & Barrel, IKEA, Pottery Barn, Wayfair, and World Market. After providing retrospective data, 36 participants were asked to go to an assigned website and find a sofa that met specific criteria.
This report contains UX benchmarks (SUPR-Q, Net Promoter Scores, and UX-Lite), Areas of Improvement and a variety of additional metrics for the task-based study (e.g., ease, success, confidence, time on task, total clicks), plus comparison of this new Wayfair data with Wayfair we collected in 2021.
