A retrospective analysis of 122 participants’ experiences using 4 popular theme park websites: Disneyland, Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Florida and Universal Studios Hollywood, plus task-based analysis of 180 participants’ experiences completing two tasks (find ticket prices; find park map) using 6 popular theme park websites (Disneyland, LEGOLAND, Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World, Six Flags, Universal Studios Florida, and Universal Studios Hollywood).
This report contains UX benchmarks (SUPR-Q, Net Promoter Scores, and UX-Lite), Areas of Improvement and a variety of additional metrics for the task-based study (e.g., ease, success, confidence, time on task, total clicks).
